Cell nutrition

Before nutrition can be transported into cells,
specific receptors need to be activated.

Example:
Some diabetics manufacture enough insulin,
yet the insulin is NOT transported INTO their cells
because insulin receptors are “switched off”.
Vitamin B-2 (in high dosis) can activate the insulin receptor by adding a phosphor group.
